I would like to let everyone know that I have not had a end to the troubles, shoddy materials crappy service and the owner of Aspen homes will not even return my calls. they claim to refund your deposit if not aproved. Received letter from the loan company loan denied. salesman calls loan company saying without our approval that we would pay more down so the loan company then approved the loan . we could not afford to put that much more down he lied to get us approved even after we told him that our hours had been cut at our job.since we had filled out the application. He did this to be able to keep part of our deposit which states in the application IF APPROVED WE CAN KEEP THE DEPOSIT. Even though we were first denied the loan. He deceived us and the loan company he did not tell them about our monthly income reduction or that we did not agree to the higher down payment. He lied about the monthly payment we would make by $200 dollars higher than what we were told. Just to say we were pre-approved to keep our money. Very dishonest man when we asked for our money back he said no because we were approved. even though I told him that he lied to them. ...read more
