Valentine Dinner a Success!

The Valentine Dinner was a lot of fun this year and was financially successful! With the dinner and auction we raised $ 2,681!  Several folks said this was the best one yet! We have a lot of people to thank for making this a success.  Susan DuBose did a wonderful job with the decorations, auction items and meal preparation.  Susan received donations not only from Talihina merchants but from Clayton, Wilburton, Krebs, McAlester, Wister, Poteau and Ft. Smith.  Thank you to all the merchants who donated items and to all the volunteers who helped prepare the food.  We could not have had the event without the total support of the Kiamichi Technology Center and the Choctaw nation Health Services. ...read more
