I went to Michel Tires Plus in West Chester,OH. I purchased two tires elsewhere and only needed an alignment. They had their regular alignment for 79.99 with a 6 month warranty. I scheduled an appointment, but when I went there they still said it would be a couple of hours...why make an appointment then? They said that my car needed the ball joint replaced on the front passenger side. I took the car from them and took it to a mechanic that we have dealt with for over 20 years, they fixed the rear passenger side ball joint, and said the front one was fine. I took it back to Michal Tires to get the alignment, because he said he would realign it if I did...he called and said that the work wasn't done to the front passenger side and that they wouldn't align it without that being done! I argued over the phone with him about what our mechanic said, but they still wouldn't do anything. So I take it to Firestone to have it done...they had no problem aligning the tires. What's up with that Michel Tires Plus of West Chester? Is business that bad that you need to make up problems about cars to get more money? We'll never do business with them again! ...read more

Find ANYONE else to get your tires from! I ordered a tire on Monday and was told it would be delivered on Wednesday.....guess what.....when I called to schedule to replace the tire, I was told "Sorry, it didn't make our delivery truck" and no reason or time frame for getting a new one was offered!
