Do yourself a favor, and but your flowers from one of the other florists in town. My husband ordered me flowers for this Valentine's Day and they weren't delivered until nearly eight pm. On top of that, the flowers (which costs 80 dollars) looked like a fifteen dollar arrangement from Kroger. Some of my flowers are brownish and wilted and the arrangement doesn't look anything like the picture online. They didn't even fill the whole vase with flowers. I can't use my flowers as a centerpiece on the dinning room table, because the back HALF of the vase is filled with nothing but leaves. Michael's is WAY overpriced for the product you get. They were less than helpful when I called to find out where my flowers were around 4 pm. They're flowers AND customer service left much more to be desired. ...read more
