The only reason they got 1 star is I couldn't find anything less. Horrible service and the IQ lever seems to be negative. I won't make the mistake of going there again. The comments that were given when I went into the office were inapproperate and it went down hill from there. When I called and spoke to the GM, he was full of spit n vinager and wouldn't let me finish a comment. I asked for the owners to call me, and still nothing. Big O Refuse does a great job! We have never put anything out that they did not take, even when we were doing some remodeling and we had a lot of extra trash. I was so happy to see that Big O now has a web site and I would be able to pay my bill on line however I can't seem to find anywhere to do that,if you could let me know how to go about signing up for online billing and payment I would like to do that.Thanks ...read more
