Our happy, healthy one year old Collie went into this clinic to be neutered. Two days later, he passed away. This was yesterday. A phone call was made out to the clinic for some guidance. The "Vet" was not sympathetic to our family's loss, nor did she offer to help out with anything. At all. To top it off, she wasn't even giving our situation her complete attention. She was speaking with a customer while still on the line with us, and our very upsetting situation. The practice this woman has taken over used to be one of the best.
