The food is decent, nothing really amazing but we go with it on lazy days because they are the only ones that deliver out this far... that said the staff is consistently unpleasant and sometimes rude. Customer service is obviously not in their list of values. ...read more

On Friday 1-6-12 my wife and I bought an x-large pizza, and we ordered it with a ""little extra sauce"" because they never put enough on. It came with sauce literally dripping off the pizza; so much that even when scraping off as much as we could, we were drinking it rather than eating it. \t\n Even an employee walking past said it was a 'sloppy mess'. After we'd finished ""drinking"" this monstrosity pizza, we complained to the cashier, who then questioned the cook. He wanted to know ""what our problem"" was , because he put 5 TIMES the sauce on-just like we asked! Since when does a little extra mean 5 times as much?? Doesn't anyone at Payne's have enough brains to even think that this order might be WRONG--then ask the customer? Obviously not! We asked them to make it right, but they refused--saying it was made just as we ordered it, so too bad!\t\n This isn't the first time that Payne's has made our order wrong-then refused to do something about it. Each time they said that WE were wrong!
