First time in this salon it had been a few years since I had been to a tanning salon. The staff member knew this and recommended me start at fifteen minutes. I should have known better but I figured she knew what she was talking about. I got very severe sunburn. I had to miss four days of work and over a week out of my one month tanning package. I attempted to contact the manager of the store to simply ask if I could get another week added to my package since that was how much I missed due to my burn and all I wanted was what I paid for. Considering how badly hurt I was I didn't think this request was unreasonable at all. After trying for days to get a hold of the person in charge I finally got her on the phone. I explained my situation and it wasn't met with even an apology or any attempt to make it right. I will never return to this Establishment and I certainly will not Recommend to any of my friends. You can take your kids to get a really good haircut and they can be entertained while they get it. You can also get a super cut and style or color for yourself and get what you ask for. They really give you what you want at a price that's affordable !! ...read more
