I was told by previous management that flowers in vases would not be removed at clean up times. The flowers and flags were removed from my son's grave the weekend before Veteren's Day! The person in the office was cold and condescending and the man that I spoke with at Ivey Funeral Home was only slightly more professional .\t\n\t\nThe only professional compassionate person that I met was Rene.
