employees went through personal info on my phone and didn't fix the problem, when I went to pick up my phone (after they had it for over an hour) the tech was smirking at me from behind the window, and 2 male employees were laughing, which one of them couldn't even look at me without laughing. I should be able to trust that sprint employees won't go through pictures, messages, or access my personal accounts. Privacy policies are in place and should be enforced!
