Definitely not honest people. Section 8 is their gold mine. They take advantage of these people because they feel they have no recourse or they won't fight back to hard if they take their money such as deposits when they move. My sister has been trying to get her money/deposit for a month now and Antoine Draines ignores her calls. I'm just baffled they have not been arrested or at least investigated thoroughly. I don;t think anybody has ever taken the time to fight them fiercely. They steal from the poor. Maybe one day a group of the Draines' families VICTIMS will put their heads together and jointly go after them. It only takes 5 to 10 to make it happen.
