Just brought my Yorkie Poo in to get groomed and I gave them specific directions on what I wanted done as well has how I wanted her groomed. I told them NOT to shave her. I come to get her and what do I find? She is completely shaved down-face and all (even after I specifically told them to leave her face full ). They left long hanging strands of fur hanging from shaved ears (that looked ridiculus) and yes....I too had to cut 3 hunks of mats left underneath her. My dog went in an adorable Yorkie Poo and came out of there looking like a Schnauzer. I brought my dog to Pet Taxi for grooming and I was appalled to realize when I got home, and had a chance to look her over that they had not removed the matting, and had shaved her so unevenly that she had tufts sticking out everywhere. When I called to complain and ask for a refund, they agreed to send me a check. Several weeks later, after calling several times, I received a check for for 40% of what they charged. Every appointment I had they were 1/2 hour to an hour behing. I received several mail notices that were either outdated or inaccurate. However the office still schedule me an appointment wasting my time only to find out there was nothing that my dog needed. Denied 800petmeds request for heartworm refill indicating he needed a bloodtest, however, not true.
