Shipping way too expensive, and the quote they give before you bid is much cheaper than what they bill you for. No way is one basket over 30.00 to mail. The last item I received they charged me over 200.00 for shipping on less than 50.00 in purchases and two item were broke and still trying to get that straightened! ...read more

Anyone ever place a maximum bid only to win that item for that bid? No grounds for complaint. But what I see often is unusual bidding just before closing with a variety of bidders pushing the bid amount right up to the maximum set and then disappearing. Can be simple auction behavior. Just seems to happen a lot . I'll bid with the increments set on that item from now on! ...read more

Great items but Shipping for items is out this world over priced. A hand full of vintage jewelry shipping for 20.00? Linens that could fit in a shoe box, shipping for 25.00? USPS would be less expensive and I doubt that UPS charges THAT much. ...read more

Business is run very poorly. Carmen the owner cancelled my bidder number when I became upset over them trying to scam me out of $645 saying my items disappeared. Had to file a complaint through my Credit Card company to get my money back. Advice stay away from the auction the deals are not worth the misleading descriptions and pictures. ...read more

Had major dispute over multiple bidding actions with Fast Track Auction(FTA) and contacted the NAA which they post on their website. NAA said they have not paid their dues. Shortly later FTA does pay them after the fact. Contacted the BBB and filed complaint. The BBB closed the complaint on their own without any help. Contacted Attorney General for Ohio and found anybody can open an online auction site. Last chance I had to was to involve the American Arbitration Association which FTA says you have to go through. The AAA charged me $500 to file this claim so after a while I finally gave up. Lesson - That is what FTA planned all the time. Owner Mr. Carmen Donsante beware - not me but somebody will catch up to you. ...read more

I have only seen good reviews either from 1 time buyers or FTA owners/employees. If you bid more than once, you will have problems. The owner if very cavalier in his unchristian like attitude. Guess he became very shady because of the business he is in. Owner needs to be very carefull or somebody will take his actions very personal. ...read more

1.) FTA buyer pickup times at McMann warehouse are restricted to Monday, Thursday, or Friday 9:00AM to 3:30PM. FTA stopped allowing customer pickups all weekdays and is now closed on Saturdays.\n\n2.) FTA tries to crowd buyers into restricted pickup times at McMann warehouse. Many recent pickups over past several months took over 1-2 hour for staff to get several small items.\n\n3.) FTA started charging unannounced additional $5 Pickup Fee per item for "Non-Standard Pickup Days". Buyers must send a "Non-Standard Pickup Day" request submitted in advance by email and only allowed if pre-approved by office staff.\n\n4.) FTA online auctions often show manufacturer's pics of new assembled items, but these pics may not show actual items that are disassembled and may be damaged, scratched, or missing parts.\n\n5.) No buyer refund allowed if buyer does not pickup by designated pickup date. FTA Buyer auction items may be considered abandoned, forfeit, and subject to disposal fees or resale/re-auction. ...read more

Dennis Whitis and John Rosenhoffer took my belongings from my storage unit under the guise of selling these items on line. This was in January 2012. I am an older woman who had to move across country due to health issues with my family. I was told the auction would be held in 2 weeks (middle of Feb.) and I would have my money by March 1st. Six months later I still haven't been paid and have had promise after promise. These people took advantage of me thinking I would be on the other side of the country and would do nothing. If you have had issues with them please e-mail me at drivinduzy@yahoo.com.Maybe we can save someone else the anguish we have gone through. ...read more

The phone number listed belongs to Dennis Whitis of Anything Under the Sun in Erlanger Ky. He and John Rosenhoffer hold auctions both online and at their site and frequently do not have the merchandise to deliver after accepting credit card payment or the money to pay the previous owner of the merchandise. Some debts are under legal review and Dennis admits to owing the monies but makes no attempt to pay and continues to sell without any commitment to pay. ...read more
