Burton is a part of the Geauga County area of Ohio known for its Western Reserve architecture and maple syrup production. Major attractions include the Century Village Museum and the Crossroads General Store. Each year in the fall season there is an Apple Butter Festival. Among the biggest companies in Burton are Troy Chemical Industries, and Burton Industries. The biggest schools here are Berkshire Elementary and Berkshire High. One of the best places to visit when you are in Burton is the Burton Log Cabin sugar house, which produces maple syrup and maple candy. Burton Ohio is also known as Pancake Town.
