Oak Reserve Apts

These apartments are reeallyy nice! Well kept, decent prices, but apartment is fantastic because it is ALL NEW. all the appliances are new, all the countertops, cabinets and sinks and tubs are new. Really nice apartments if you're willing to spend the little extra cash for a perfect apartment. Oh- and they have 2 pools, a tennis court, a business center for internet and a gym. I only use the gym and the pools but im sure the business center works fine. highly recommend if you want high quality living. the only drawback is that it already has a washer and dryer in every unit and for people like me who have their own you have to find a friend to hold your washer and dryer for a year. aside from that- 5 stars!

It not easy to find a decent apartment complex any more one way or anpther you have some big issues but one that really stands out to me is Oak reserve. Friendly office staff NICELY renovated and all unit are renovated so you dont have to worry about looking at the model and your apartment does not look the same. The prices are resonable for the winter park area. I would highly recommend this place for anyone moving into the orlando area becasue it is centralized to every thing.
