Pegasus Restaurant is in dire need to get back to basics of proper waitressing skills. Management needs a refresher course on how to train their wait staff. My husband and I recently attended a function in their Banquet Hall. We were shocked by the lack of competency while being served a fairly simple "family style" dinner. Appetizers displayed without means of plating them other than by your fingers. Dinner? Salad service only provided to those sitting in their chairs. Visiting? Or at the bar? No salad for you! Mashed potatoes, vegetable medleys, served without serving spoons on flat plates so they got cold before everyone at the table was served. Cranberry Sauce, no serving spoon. No inquiries of refills. One round of "Would you like coffee?" followed by, you guessed it! Desserts without spoons! Irritated wait staff when you asked for a spoon everytime! Totally unacceptable service. Shame on them!! I was in the Catskill store about a week ago and was not happy with the way that the Area Manager was disrespeting the emplyee's there and making them feel embarraced about with they thought was right and instead of her pulling them in the back she did it in front of other customers and I questioned her about her actions and she had nothing to say. Just the other day I was in the Coxsackie area and stopped in at the Subway there and again this lady was there and she had gotten a double meat for 2 people and the staff said that it would not ring out and she told them to just ring it out as a single meat and to do it as a Admin. Meal and didn't have to pay for it. There is something wrong with the picture. The staff was hesitant in doing what she asked of them to do.
