I just called to see if they carried a part of my car. First, I'm greeted like this "Please hold for parts", beep, no greeting, asking permission if I would hold, no nothing. Then, someone with a Jive accent interrupts me as I'm telling him the model of my car and and about to say the part I need by screaming, "What is it you need!" in mid-sentence. I came in to get a tire; the guy asked me if i knew the size of the rim - i said 'im pretty sure it's 13 inches'. he ooked at my tires, brought me back and showed me the 14' tires - i said, 'oh, so it was a 14 inch?" and he said 'yes.' i bought the tire and went to my mechanic to havfe it put on--and they told me it was too big. already upset and frustated because of this and variou sother reasons, i returned, told the guy it was 13 inch, and they told me they were going to do an even exchange. .i asked if i could get any money back, because i had used a gallon in gas going back and forthe and the 13 inch is a cheaper size anyway. they said no. even exchange. no. upsetting ...read more
