Dont' rely on Sleepys they do not follow through on service or delivery and provide lies regarding delivery. Additionally despite mishandling of the order they are totally at the mercy of their trucking company that does not care about customer service and is not willing to correct their mistake in delivery. Four people were home when they supposedly tried to deliver then they said they were coming back in 45 minutes, they did not they then said they would not deliver despite confirming three times and having us take a three hour trip up to wait for them all day. The beds were needed for 87 year old diabled couple but they would not follow through and refused to provide service>. I am sure there are many other companies that care about their customers, obviously Sleepys does not stand behind their word and have no control over delivery.
