About Nunda, NY
Nunday is a part of the Rochester metro area of New York and is at an elevation of 942 feet. The village names is pronounced "None-day". The community name derive from Iroquoian for "hilly." Among the biggest companies in Nunda are Pheasant Automotive LLC and Once Again Nut Butter. The town was incorporated in 1839 as Nunda Valley. One of the best places to visit when you are in Nunda is Bill's Restaurant, which has been there for over 40 years. Keshequa Creek and Crooked Creek flows through the village.
