I've lived hear for over 7 years and up until Dawn Homes Management took over I had no problems and loved it here. It was very peaceful and great with the park out back. For the past 3 years I've had to deal with unruly neighbors and the kids they never should have had. Let's just say a 3 bedroom apartment which wraps around a 1 bedroom was the worst idea someone ever had! I've complained numerous times and I'm lucky if A- the parent gets the message and B -they calm down for more than a couple of days. Management appears to understand, but really they aren't doing too much about it. It'll be too soon if I never hear another door slam! (and I mean all day/night long!) And maintenance, well, it'd be great if they could even so much as maintain the washers and dryers in the buildings. I was desperate one day and used them only to realize that not only were they disgusting, but the dryer didn't dry and was so loud you could probably hear it a block away!
