Hector is a town in the Northeastern corner of Schuyler County, New York, United States. The town is named after Hector Ely, who at the time was the firstborn son of the town founder. Between the drunken employees acting like they were at a frat house party and the alleged owner/operator who spoke like a trucker, spewing racist rants about our President, and slamming every other restaurant and winery on Seneca Lake, we couldn't wait to escape the insanity.
