We live around the corner and have given this restaurant multiple chances! Today was the last straw. We went for dinner and my husband wanted the prime rib which was not available. So he ordered the NY strip, I ordered a salad. The salad was soggy and the dressing tasteless. My husbands steak was awful. Tough, no flavor. We actually sent it back. The waitress insisted he order something else after he said multiple times he wanted nothing else.he finally ordered a burger. The burger was gross, he had two bites. We were charged for my meal(fine) AND My husbands! When I questioned the bill the waitress said well we didn't charge the first order but youbordered the second and I can do nothing. . I was like are you kidding me!? My husband said multiple times he was not interested in another meal since his was awful and the waitress pushed him to order another dish that he DID NOT EAT! My family and I have gone to this resturant, Since I was little girl. The food and service was awsome since recently. I Just moved back to saratoga. My boyfriend and I went there for our one yr anniversary. we walk in thinking someone would greet us. Nope after 3 mins of standing in front of the bar the b-tender, Took us to a table. The waitress/ manager. Walks over too the table, and just stood in front of us. Finally the lady responds with " Drink or No?" we told her the drink order. she comes back with the drinks sets them down and walks away. Then started chatting to another waitress. 10 mins later she walks back over and smiles responds with are you ready? We told her what we wanted for the meals. 1hrs 1/2 later. She comes over with our meals. Meanwhile the whole time, we were waiting. she was telling the table next us all the food they serve is fresh. sorry but when I order a chicken parm. I expect a fresh chicken breast not frozen chicken tenders. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! ...read more
