I reserved this limo company for my wedding day and, until the last hour of using the company, was pleased. However the company never informed either my husband or I that there was a remaining balance on our bill before the wedding (we had paid in "full" sometime back for a special rate) even though we had been in contact with the company numerous times. When the limo dropped us off at the reception hall the limo driver said there was a remaining balance on the bill that needed to be paid at that moment (it didn't seem to matter that we needed to be inside at that point), even though the credit card used was on their records and could have been charged before the service was rendered or afterwards. Even worse, the limo driver demanded the 220 dollar balance be paid in CASH. He would not let my husband enter the reception until he was paid in full and in cash. The pick up and driving were good but I would not use them again because they did not charge as I expected and added fees i was not told about in advance. I was quoted $110 from Syracuse airport to Ithaca and for one reason or another ended up paying $280. I felt taken advantage of. This is the most unprofessional company I've dealt with. They immedieatley charged the full balance of their services to my credit card. They never sent me a formal contract. They never called to confirm the final aragements for their pickup until 1 hr before the event. They failed to recognize the 3-5 times I called ahead of time to cancel because I never heard from them. The owner started yelling and screaming at me and called me a liar ad that I would never get my money back. I told him he was being very rude and unprofessional and he hung up on me.
