I have stayed in this hotel for 6 nights and I have been extremely disappointed with the hotel service. I got a ride to my house and was counting on my friend to have the $10 car fare. He didn't so the driver held my phone until I paid him. I got the money and called him back and he said it would cost me $50 to get my phone back. He said I made several stops and that he spent $50 minutes with me. My Google Latitude history proves he is a liar. He spent 12 minutes at my stop while I tried to come up with the money and there was only one stop. When the operator answered in Spanish, I said "I speak English" so he would know to continue the conversation in English. His response: "Whaddya mean 'speak English?'". I explained what I had said and he told me that he was "very proud of me" for speaking English. I wasn't being rude at all, merely attempting to make his job easier. Then he had the nerve to ask me "where are you going, sweetie?" First he was rude, and then he was a creep. What a completely unprofessional operator.
