The food is WONDERFUL--unusual and delicious. My only unenthusiastic comment would be: the restaurant smells strongly of fried fish. More ventilation or a scrubbing to lift the residue of fish odor would help tremendously. The windows are also smudged and the flower vases looked greasy. Otherwise the place is attractive, clean and inviting but I believe that first impression and all those little details are key to a successful restaurant.
