We had multiple problems with our pool install. The first liner they brought had a hole in it, which luckily they noticed before install. They finally got a new liner installed and we filled the pool. I noticed that one of the supports wasn't hooked onto the side of the pool correctly. Also, there was a wet soggy spot on the ground nearby. Steve assured me it was "just condensation and there is nothing wrong" even though I mentioned (and sent pictures) of both the water and the improperly installed support. We let our kids get in to swim and as soon as they did water was bubbling up from the ground. There was a hole in the seam of the liner, big enough to put two fingers through!! The entire pool had to be drained and the liner replaced. Steve promised that he would reimburse us for the extra pool fill. I sent them the documentation when we received the water bill. Of course a check never came. My husband called Steve to discuss and Steve told him that he would not give us any money, he shouted at my husband to "Read the contract" and then hung up on him. Do not ever buy a pool from pool world!!! Our pool is not even 3 years old, the lining is falling in, the skimmer cracked, which made the pool indented. Steve came to our house yesterday (1 1/2 late), and was only concerned with taking pictures of our skimmer. He ignored my husband as he tried to show him the lining and blamed it all us, stating we didn't winterize it right. Steve made rude comments the whole time to my husband. He was ordered off our property!! What a way to do business. They sell you the pool, do a poor job installing it, and then leave you hanging high and dry. The worst experience we have ever had.
