Good luck getting a call back!
I sold my home and was in need of a rental home. I saw North Branch Twin Homes advertised on Rent.com so I sent a few email requests to the manager Christine and called her number several times over a two week period. I got no response..... Then I saw a new post on C...raigslist for a Twin Home also through Christine. I called her again and left messages. I've spent over 3 weeks trying to get a response. Not even a courtesy call saying "Sorry, we don't have anything available." I just find this lack of customer service ridiculous. I can only imagine what it would be like to have Christine as a landlord..... I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a place to rent!
