The staff is professional,courteous and friendly. The only issue I have with this service is the cost. I would like to stay with North Bay Animal & Bird Hospital, however, may not be able to afford it.

Service and care are always great! I just wish Dr. Helmer would be at Temple Terrace or Pebble Creek on a Saturday occasionally, but I am glad to have the convenience of weekend appointments, even if the drive is a little farther. Thank you!
Best service I have ever received
I came in as an urgent care and it was the best service I have ever received even though it wasn't "That" urgent it was the only way to get in the same day without an appointment. Dr. Helmer is a very straight forward and it was the only way to get in the same day witho...ut an appointment. Dr. Helmer is a very straight forward and doesn't try to do tests that are unreasonable/unecessary but does give all options in a logical and compassionate manner. Thank you.
