Normandy Estates

For one the rent is high, no street lights, no cameras for security, a lot of theft, breaking inn, rent goes up three times a year, they never notify changes till you go to the office and that's if your lucky that their open , they close when they want answers the ph...one when they want. It's too much to have to deal with these people at this park and with the murder in June people please don't let the people in the office convince you that this is a good place to live , they will sweet talk you but it's not true I live here but it was not like this till the park was bought out .I CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE FROM HERE. When 24-year-old Jesus Santos Marcos was gunned down in the Normandy Estates mobile home park in late January, police had trouble getting information from witnesses.

Wow found out that back on 01/26/2007 at 10:30 pm there was a murder in this park !! Good reason not to move here. The park is not good at all. Hope to move out soon, had i know this when i had move here, i would not had move here !!!! Move here you are on your own. To many things are wrong here !!!

The park sucks, no one to run it right for one thing. They have gone up on the rent 2 times in 2 years !!! Dogs and cats are running around in the park, when they should be on a leash !!! We are paying for the pool but it is never open !! there is alot of people here ...that do not fellow the park rules !! like loud music and lots of drinking. There is a lot of people here that do not keep there lot clean. There is a lot of rules that are being broken in this park . Sorry that i have move here not a good place to live !!! In the pass year there is a lot of people moving out of the park .there is a lot of un legal parking and un legal people living here. Normandy Estates was a big mistake moving here, They are doing nothing to in force the rules of the park !! Dogs and cats are running around, some are being tie up outside alone. There are to many cars park in drive ways, i have seen 4 to 6 cars in a yard. Car are bein...g park on lawns. cars park in the street. I have seen up to 10 people live in one mobile homes. Loud music be play in park. The kids in the park do what they want, they come on your lot, same thing with the adults always going though your lot. Most of the time the pool is not open, yards are not being clean. Try to go to the launder room to wash clothes, the place is very dirty and smell !!!!! The workers just ride around in the park on there golf cart, when they should be cleaning up the park. there is alot of people that live in this park are not going by the rules of the park, not fare to the ones that are !! If this keeps up i will brake the lease and move out, I have already talk to a lawyer about the park. Read More
