I discovered the Ponderosa Red while dining at the Quarters in Abq, and had to take home a bottle. A visit to the package store sent me home with several different Ponderosa wines to try. The vineyard selections cover the range of my dry, "oakey" preference to my father's super sweet preference. My father now visits the winery to stock up when he is in the area.
