Let me start off by saying I am not the type of person that writes reviews, however Nancy and her staff were so amazing I felt compelled to put my experience ou there. Nancy was my agent in selling my house and helping me buy a new home. Prior to hiring Nancy I tried to sell my home numerous times ending in no buyers. I hired Nancy to sell my home and help me purchase a new one. My home sold in 9 months! And she found my dream home within a couple days prior. After the purchase of my new home it was revealed the sellers defaulted on some serious issues putting me in a bind. I am a single mother trying to finish college and I was scared and devistated. I expressed my concerns with Nancy. She much to my amazment explained to me that she cared for her clients and was here to help in any way. Long story short Nancy not only comforted my fears but took it upon herself to help me. Nancy pulled me out of an extremely rough circumstance and I am so greatful. Not only is she proffesional but she is caring. I was literally treated like family. Nancy Montoya and her staff truly care for the under dog. Out of five stars I rate my experience a 10.
