For a debt collection rep. Lonny Rodrigues was surprisingly nice and understanding. A great difference from what one would expect. As creditors go, I'm not a great fan, but Lonny's attitude made a difference in the degree of my willingness to cooperate. If more collectors used common decency and respect, debt issues may be resolved more quickly and willingly. I give Lonny 5 stars, but creditors in general a 2 hence the 3 start rating. ...read more

Collector Rogina, like most collectors was very rude and nasty. I understand it is her job to collect on accounts peolpe have not paid. But it is not her job to be insulting, or rude. The day a collector learns. . . Life happens and people go thru hard times. No one is proud of owing money. Try treating the person you are calling as a loved one.
