The food is delicious here.Also the prices are a lot better than other places, its so much cheaper with better quality. The lady at the counter is extremely kind. This is my favorite chinese place to order at.Also, sometimes the wait is long but it is because it is so popular. Everytime I go pick up my order, it is aways sooo busy because so many people want to order from them so you can assure that the food is delicious. This is the first negative review that I have ever written but the service or should I say lack of service that I received tonight was horrible. Made reservation for 7 pm and arrived 5 minutes early. Host said the wait would be 10-15 minutes so we sat at the overpriced bar and gladly waited. After 35 minutes we finally were told that our table would be ready in 10-15 minutes. After a total of 45 minutes we were taken to our table where the manager threw our menus and walked away before we were even at the table. The rest of the story is totally my fault because I should have just left at this point. Instead like idiots we sat and viewed the menu and noticed a lobster special that sounded good. So we sat....and sat...and sat some more. Thirty five minutes more....no waiter in sight. After an hour and 20 min we grabbed a passing by waiter and attempted to order but were told that they just ran out of lobster. I asked to speak to the owner but he refused to come out.
