We are a full-service firm with 30 years of experience in a broad range of legal practice. We have a thorough understanding of how the intricacies of different areas of the law relate to and impact each other. Our office is located at 21 East Main Street in what was once Solof's Feed and Hardware Store. Ned and his wife renovated that building as well as the two adjacent buildings between 1986 and 1995. The practice expanded in 1998 when Dean R. Marcolongo joined the firm. Along with a dedicated support staff, the two experienced attorneys continue to offer diligent and personal service to their clients in Cumberland, Cape May, Atlantic, Salem, Gloucester, and Camden Counties. Nathan Van Embden established his law office in Millville in 1984. A lifelong resident of Millville and a 1977 graduate of Millville Senior High School, Ned earned a BA in Political Science at Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in 1980 and a Juris Doctor from the Delaware Law School of Widener University in 1983. After serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Issac I. Serata, JSC, Honorable Steven Z. Kleiner, JSC, and Honorable George H. Stanger, JSC, he returned to his home town to practice law. Dean R. Marcolongo graduated from Wildwood Catholic High School (1977), Richard Stockton College of New Jersey with a degree in Political Science (1981), and Vermont Law School with a Juris Doctor (1984). He worked with the firm of Michael Mazzoni, Esquire in Vineland for several years before joining the law firm of Nathan Van Embden in 1998. His practice is focused in the areas of Zoning and Planning, Bankruptcy, Collection, Family Law, and Municipal Court.
