HORRIBLE! Their service sucks! EVERY TIME I order from them, they screw something up! This is the 5th time out of 7 they have done something like this, and only once have they tried to really fix it. He has all his kids there ALL day long and some are working and unfortunately they have really bad communications skills. They say 30 minutes for pick up for a small order, they can't call back when they need to change your order, then they LIE and say they did call you; you ask for delivery they say 30 minutes but took an hour... this is just SOME if the many issues. I have this last stupid Groupon to use, after that, I'm never going back. ...read more
