At the end of July, I called the Garden State Behavior Health Services of South Jersey office in Marlton, NJ to set up an appointment as a new patient. I took the next available appointment which was for September 13th. This seemed like quite some time to wait for a behavioral health appointment but I understood Saturday appointments were hard to come by. I received a call this morning, September 10 (3 days before my scheduled appointment) and was told that the doctor wasn’t available and they needed to cancel. The receptionist was anything but apologetic and acted as though I were inconveniencing her with my questions and concerns. I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. They were rude, disorganized, and absolutely unprofessional. I can only hope absolute failure for their entire office so as not to place this discontent on future potential patients.
