these people went above and beyond for me and my family.we were stuck on the side of the road i called them out of chance they sent a technician out to see what was wrong he looked around the vehicle and noticed our belt was off he took my family back to the shop and got the belt. he got back to the car put the belt on and started the car no more problems and he saved us from the side of the road. i had never visited the Monro before this but with the experience i received that day i have been back several times and each time we were welcomed and always thanked for our business these guys are the best Paul is the manager and Saph is the technician who always works on our car and they both are awesome thank you Monro you have a great crew here and i always feel welcome here ...read more

I recently purchased 4 tires for my Honda CRV from Stratham Tire in Portsmouth, NH. I called about 15 places for prices before settling on this place because they quoted me the best price. They told me it would take about 2 hours because they had some people in front of me but I could leave it and they would call when it was ready. They called about 30 minutes after I dropped it off and said it was ready to go. When I went to pick it up, the actual price came in $45 under what they quoted me on the phone. The guy who worked on my car and the manager could not have been nicer people. The shop is clean and comfortable, and they do very good work. I got a very good set of tires for a great price, and they got a guaranteed repeat customer.\t\n\t\nWith all the car shops out there that will scam and cheat you every chance you get, I would recommend you try this place. Will never recommend this place to anyone for brakes. My first set of brakes and rotors lasted me over 60k miles. I had them done at this place and 14 months and 18k miles later the rotors were already gone and Pep Boys would not stand behind their product.
