I purchased a zagg shield from here for my iphone 4 upon recommendation from a friend. What i did not know was that they use water to install it. I was skeptical but they assured me it would be fine. I did not use the phone for an hour and upon turning it back on imagine my surprise to find A PUDDLE OF WATER UNDERNEATH MY SCREEN. When I returned to the cart they more or less said it happens sometime and it should go away on its own and that putting it in a bag of rice should help. I'm sure you can image my state of mind as I walked away after basically being told "yeah we did it, but we cant do anything to fix it" ( they assume NO LIABILITY for what they break). Long story short I ended up having to pay apple $200 to get a new phone because of the water damage they caused. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I was highly recommended there by more than one sales associate at Apple, when I had asked for an iPad screen protector. They specifically pointed out one person to have it done by, a young guy with very short brown hair and a sleeve tattoo. Upon arriving there, I took a spot in line, there was several people lined up to have their electronics "shielded". After receiving some information about the invisible shield, I decided to go for it. I was then showed some of their "leather skins" and the bluetooth keyboard dubbed "The ZaggMate". It was really nice because the Gen. Manager (the guy with the sleeve) also had an iPad with the leather skin and a ZaggMate to go along with it, it allowed me to experience it all first hand before I purchased it. But I went for it, the ZaggMate, screen cover and leather shield all came out to 190$ and the Manager even gave me 10$! The installations came out PERFECT! No bubbles, dust, fingerprints or anything. Purchased a computer from your Nashua store10/23/10; was promised for pick up on tues. 10/26. Went to pick it up on 10/27 and was told it would be ready in the afternoon. Called them about 5PM and was told the computer hadn't even arrived at the store. They said it would be there the next day and to pick it up on Friday. They called Friday about 5PM and stated the computer had just come in and it would be ready befor closing at 9PM. Picked it up Sat. morning 10/30, took it out of the box and discovered that the memory storage cover was not attached properly, so the computer would not sit flat on the table. The computer is now going back to the Saugus store to have the cover fixed. We have made two trips to Nahua, waited one week and have yet to plug in this computer.
