How does one Choose a Banquet Hall?
"First it will depend of the event. But if you need food or drinks, see if the venue will waive the room rental for a certain amount purchased in food. Also, make sure whatever fee you pay includes clean up, coffee/tea service and a water station."
How does one figure out what size banquet room is needed?
"If you have a particular place in mind, the hotel rep should be able to duggest a room. Most places that offer any type of banquet facilities will have a space for 50."
