We live in Prescott Valley and were apprehensive about buying in Phoenix because it’s a couple of hours away and my concern was, “what if I need dealer support?” We worked this tractor hard for a year, clearing snow for many homes in a subdivision and the golf course, digging a main water line for the golf course and moving boulders on our property. The day came that I broke some bolts and needed service. I was worried about cost and getting it to the shop.
I called Team Tractor, my worries were immediately calmed. They were here in four hours to pick up the tractor. They emailed me that day and said they’d found that the repair would be covered under the warranty, no charge. Team Tractor had made it as though they were a local dealer. Team Tractor is now in my book a trusted firm. Sean Michael is my “go to” person. -- Phillip Delaney
