I've been a member since April and couldn't be happier for making the decision to join. It's an intense workout, but not grueling. The instructors push you when you feel like you can't continue, and the other members are super friendly. I'm seeing results and always look forward to my workouts because of the format of the class. The facility is conveniently located and no problems with parking.
