This is the worst practice I've ever known. I was a patient her for several years, and was only her due to an insurance change, and it was close. I have a chronic condition, and disabled. Dr. McKenna had gone on vacation and hadn't renewed my prescription. I needed this med to function. It took 4 phone calls for a Dr to call me back, it was Joe Farrera. He was annoyed that I had called, belittled me, and refused to renew a vital perscription even though I had already been without my pills for 2 days. I was told to make an appointment, and I had better be nice to him. Needless to say a few hours later I was in the hospital in excruciating pain! I will never go back. Earlier this year, my daughter needed lab work done for abdominal pain, she ended up a week later in the ER, here she had a kidney infection. She asked them why the lab work hadn't picked it up. She was told they forgot to send her samples in for tests!
