My parents bought a First Texas Home about 10 years ago. I always enjoyed the layout and size of the home, and almost bought it from them when they sold it. But, I am actually glad I waited and bought a new one. These new homes are amazing!! Smart home features, energy saving technology, awesome flooring and counter top choices. My family is having so much fun with all the new stuff. I can't believe I went from a 1500 square foot home, to over 3400 square foot home, and my utility bills are half of what I used to pay for. So many cool things.
