Dr. Russ is awesome. Not only does he help with what is hurting, he also instructs you on how to live a healthier life. He talks to you on the whole range from exercise, healthy eating, medicine, supplements and so much more. He has even researched health problems I have had that did not deal specifically with chiropractic care. He is never judgmental though, always saying, Sometimes real life gets in the way of your goals. Thank you, Dr. Russ
