Improper Support Provided

The warren clinic orthopedic surgery and sports medicine has many doctors within the group.

Today, I was told that I had to wait till March 20th to get a answer to my concern with my knee replacement because Dr. Gursky was on vacation .

I have a terrible abscess in my mouth. It's literly draining puss out of my gum.

I've had another tooth bothering my for 2 months now.

I've started antibiotics with my dentist. This is for the infection in my mouth.

Now, my knee has fluid on the right side and my range of motion has decreased substantially

I needed to verify that the antibiotics would fix both my tooth and my knee.

I was told that No One Would Answer My Question And To Call Back on March 20th.

I'm very taken back. Why would a doctor be part of a group if they did not provide any assistance when the Doctor and Doctor Assistant was out of the office

Per everything I read on the internet ... this infection going to my artificial knee could be real serious.
