She is absolutely amazing! I actually came from out of state because I couldn't find anyone in the local DC area who specialized in maintaining length when removing locks. The trip was well worth it! Kaale was professional and she focused on trying to achieve my desired length. I had interlock/latch locks so it was even harder to take out but this didn't stop Kaale! After having locks for over 9 years, Kaale knew that this was a spiritual experience as well. She was patient and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable.
