It might seem like I’m exaggerating when I say that it was a locksmith company that provided me the best customer service! Long wait times, unexpected delays, constant rescheduling, no attention to customer needs are a few things that irk me. However, Advanced Locksmith Service had managed to set up a seamless operational process in place that allows customers to experience superior services . Right from the dispatcher handling the phone call to the technician tackling the actual issue, these guys are total pros. These guys rushed to my spot within minutes just so I could get a copy key made. That’s a level of service I’m yet to receive from any other company in Peoria, AZ.

I’ve heard all about how good they were, but I just didn’t know they were this good! The technician from Safe & Key Shop took about ten minutes to get there and took less than five to unlock the jammed cabinet. That still left a lot of time on my hands to retrieve the files from the cabinet and prep for the presentation. Awesome work from Safe & Key Shop! They didn’t even charge me anything extra for getting their in super quick time. You can call them on 617-514-9934. It was the worst nightmare come to life. I mean, I’ve read it in papers, heard about it on news , but I never imagined being stuck in a similar situation. After stupidly locking myself out of our bedroom, I called around and Affordable Locksmith Services was the most reasonably priced ($99.00) and available to come out within 20 min. He was able to unlock the door easily with a contraption I wish I owned. Offered to create a new key for the lock although I passed. Going to change the handle out for one that doesn't lock instead.
This is such a courteous and professional operation that has some of the best prices my hubby and I have seen in the city when it comes to emergency situations. We were lucky and had Gorge come to our rescue. What a sweet, courteous and considerate individual. He humored us with the type of lock we needed and re-keyed them to try and save us additional money. I always like working with a small business who is looking out for its customers. We just moved to Colorado Springs, CO and need to get a new lock for our place. So we scheduled an appointment on Saturday with Jeffy. He shows up on time asked us to pick a lock we want and starts working on it. Everything went smoothly and he finishes within 30 mins. Right after, we went out.
Come 1 o'clock in the morning we come back home and we can not open the door. Called Jaffrey and did a quick Q&A then said he would be on his way. Come 20 mins later he's in Colorado Springs, CO to work on my lock. He finally got in, and finds out that the the key frame on the door was a hack job that's why it was interfering with the lock.
