Extremely thankful to Usa Locksmith Service who got me out of a sticky spot recently! I worked part time at a bakery and opened shop every evening. But that day, when I tried opening the lock with the key, it snapped in half. I didn’t know why or how it happened, all I knew was that if my boss found out how careless I’d been, I would lose the job for sure. I wasn’t about to let that happen! So I called up Usa Locksmith Service, the locksmiths my dad generally calls for house repairs and asked them if they could get a copy made. Eric `arrived within a few minutes from the nearest shop and I got the new key made within minutes.

I’m turning 60 next month! What irks me is how I’d spent years of my adult life under the delusion that locksmith services were quite expensive. Turns out, Capitol Locksmith Service was unlike other firms! Thanks to a kid on the block who introduced me to the internet, I found them through http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com and called them up to cut a new key, as I’d misplaced the only set I had! I wasn’t serious when I told them to get there asap. All I needed was a new lock on the cupboard, and I was in no hurry. But these guys from Locksmith Solution Services took my request literally and got there in ten minutes!! That’s a whole new level of customer service I've ever experienced! Anyway, I feared they’d charge me extra for their super quick service but turns out,it hadn’t cost me anything! If it were not for you guys I wouldn’t have made it. My lock got jammed and I was locked outside. The worst part was that I had to catch a flight in 2 hours. I called my dad and he contacted Expert Locksmith Services. A technician from Expert Locksmith Services came there in just ten minutes and fixed my troublesome lock. If you’re wondering, I did get my flight that day. Credit goes to you guys!!!!

I’ve always believed in giving credit where it’s due and hence am taking this time out to write a review for Lock & Locksmith Tech! Best service ever – and the prices are just even better! I’m not from Atlanta, GA and when I locked my keys in the car, I had no idea whom to call or what to do. After a quick online search I found great reviews for Lock & Locksmith Tech and called up 404-479-7517. After a brief conversation with the rep, I waited for a mere ten minutes for the technician to arrive. Mark was a complete professional and fun person to talk to! He unlocked my car in seconds and retrieved the keys… Thank you Mark for helping me out in a tough situation! Hopefully, I won’t end up doing the same again, but if I ever need a locksmith again, it’s always gonna be Mark and his team from Lock & Locksmith Tech!!!

I looked online and found a couple of firms, but none of them worked after 5 pm. Seriously??? Who gets back home at 5 pm these days? Somehow I landed up on http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com, which offered 24/7 service. I heaved a sigh of relief and called them up. I didn’t even care much for the pricing, as all I cared about was the safety of my property. But the dispatcher insisted on stating my problem and gave me an upfront price right over phone! Wow! John came over within a few minutes and replaced the lock with a new one.
I couldn’t believe that the cost for the new lock, the call-out fees and the installation charges barely added up to $60. Definitely opting for Lock & Locksmith Tech again! And I recommend that you give them a try too if you happen to live in Los Angeles, CA!

I was lost for words when the brand new lock I had installed stopped working exactly one month later. The thing was supposed to last for 3 years, according to the guy at the local hardware shop who’d sold it to me. Angry with myself and at the technician who’d sold it to me, I decided to set things right! I called Locksmith Master Shop, after a co-worker recommended it to me. Lewis was simply marvelous! He was a fun person to interact with and provided some great advice on choosing locks. He recommended a few options and I trusted his judgment after he explained the reasons why I’d do well with a deadbolt!

Trust me when I say this, Aqua Locksmith Store is truly the best locksmith company in Farmington, UT! This isn’t something I’m saying after receiving a one-time good service from these guys. I’ve had terrible experiences with locksmiths in the past. Few tried to charge me four times greater than the service was actually worth, few have made me wait for hours at a stretch, few had done such a poor job that I had to call someone again. To sum it all up, it was all nightmarish and I always regretted the moment Flat rates, quality products, prompt service, no upselling and zero extra charges – what more could I ask for? I’ve called them nearly three times and not once have they been late or I’ve been charged more than necessary. I don’t think there could be anyone that’s any better in the entire Farmington, UT. Keep up the good job!!!!
Leave it to me to be a drunkass and lose my keys one month into moving into my new apartment after having lived in doorman buildings with extra keys for the past 8 years...
Finally decided I needed to get a new lock installed, and called this place on a late Saturday afternoon. When I told him I'd like him to come "as soon as possible" he said he would be able to come the next morning since I'm on the UWS...fine with me. About an hour and a half later he called again saying that he had a recommendation for a place closer to me that could come right away if I would like, since it sounded "urgent". Now THAT is amazing customer service.
Todd installed my lock within 20 minutes and I will never use anyone else. Super nice, legit (i.e. non shady), and professional. Even takes credit cards.

This place is hands down the best locksmith in Overland Park, MO ! When the front door lock to my business totally broke, my business partner immediately said, "We're not going to use those people who leave a million business cards in our door all the time." Those people are super annoying and don't deserve our business! So we went to Online and found Lock & Locksmith Tech with all of their good reviews, submitted our inquiry through the website and got a call shortly after. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, and Edwardo came by to check things out. He was very honest and very helpful, and while we expected it would be hundreds of dollars (to revamp our entire lock and door system) it was only $175. We were thrilled! Then Scott came by the next day to finish everything up, he was very respectful of customers who were going in and out, and really worked fast. We are so happy with our new lock - we'd recommend them to any business!
I called Lock & Key Store after hours during a week day to request a replacement fixture and lock installation on my door. They sent someone the following morning. They were incredibly professional, accessible, and provided a high quality service. I would highly recommend them. They are also one of the oldest locksmiths in Bronx, NY. Love supporting mom and pops!
