Ok, here’s my honest opinion of General Locksmith Store ..
Despite reading several positive comments, I wasn’t entirely convinced. One fine day, after an accidental collision damaged my garage door, I needed someone to come over and fix it right away. Jones from the local shop I regularly call was away on vacation. That’s when I decided to give General Locksmith Store a call! I decided to go grab a drink not anticipating their arrival for an hour at least. I got back after half an hour and to my surprise, I found a locksmith already waiting at my doorstep.
After I’d apologized for not being available, I showed him the damaged door. After a careful assessment of the damage, he told me that a portion of the door needed to be replaced and gave me a price right there.
I had an early flight and my lock had chosen the worst moment to get jammed. After dialing a gazillion numbers, I almost concluded that no one was gonna turn up to help at such a late hour. My home was in a remote locality in Hazelwood , MO, and it was a personal choice I’d made to ensure I get some peace and quiet. Situations like these, however, make me question if I made the right decision moving to such an inaccessible locality. Thankfully, the last number I dialed - 314-372-0222 - was of Affordable Locksmith Services! Jones immediately agreed to get there and as promised, he was at my place within thirty minutes. He got the lock working again in no time. While I wasn’t worried really about the prices since I just needed the job done, it was an added bonus to know that it had cost me less than 50 bucks.

Thank you so much for bearing with me! If it had been someone else, they’d probably have slapped me with a heavy bill, but not Safe & Key Locksmith Service. Despite John from Safe & Key Locksmith Service insisting that they’d come over and get the measurements for door, I insisted on doing it myself and sent them the details. When the door was done and it didn’t fit, I thought it was a technical glitch on their side, but I was wrong. The dimensions I’d provided were incorrect, and I knew they were gonna charge me a bomb for this door as well as the right one – but they didn’t! In fact, John went out of his way to set things right! The door was sent for resizing and a few hours later, it was installed on my front door!
I kept shifting my schedules around, but the guys at Master Lock & Key Store were understanding and put up with all of my frequent rescheduling. I finally made myself available for a security assessment the following weekend. Despite putting them through so much inconvenience, they didn’t levy any charges for having sent over a technician twice mid-week. I’m definitely calling you up again!
I just can’t stop showering praises on these guys, and I’ve got plenty of reasons to do so! First, when I called in All County Locksmith Store with a service request, the dispatcher was ever so polite and assured me of immediate help. I was locked out of my home, and while my stress levels were running on an all-time high, his assurance definitely helped calm me down. Second, it only took them ten minutes to get there. Surprisingly, Keystone Locksmith Shop turned out to be different! They were on time, the technician was very polite and he seemed super talented! He kept the process completely transparent by clearly explaining what he was about to do and quoting the price before he even started… that’s some level of service I’m yet to experience from any other!

Worth every penny I invested on my locks! They work like a charm and despite recently suffering an attack from an intruder, they stood their ground. Thanks to Jeff from Lock & Key Store for the recommendation and setting up the best locks on my property! Helps me sleep a lot better at night.. I’d never trust anyone with my security except for Lock & Key Store! These guys have been around for years and have an amazing reputation in Fort Lauderdale , FL! I simply must share this one! Best experience I had with these guys over at Lock Safe Services! I needed to replace a busted deadbolt right away. I looked online and found a couple of firms, but none of them worked after 5 pm. Seriously??? Who gets back home at 5 pm these days? Somehow I landed up on http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com, which offered 24/7 service. I heaved a sigh of relief and called them up. I didn’t even care much for the pricing, as all I cared about was the safety of my property. But the dispatcher insisted on stating my problem and gave me an upfront price right over phone! Wow! John came over within a few minutes and replaced the lock with a new one.
I couldn’t believe that the cost for the new lock, the call-out fees and the installation charges barely added up to $60. Definitely opting for Lock Safe Services again! And I recommend that you give them a try too if you happen to live in Rowlett, TX!

Friendly staff and the upfront pricing they provide is a plus! I’ve received several shockers from locksmiths in the past. They’ve got this innate talent to add up ridiculous charges to the final bill. In fact, one of them charged me extra because I called him up at 5:30 pm, thirty minutes after regular business hours. It was insane! Luckily, City Locksmith Store is different! Their charges are very nominal and their timeliness impresses me even more! These guys were very nice. They were only 10 minutes late but gave us a huge discount. Good work, nice and professional, they also did extra odd jobs around the apartment. Will definitely use them again Lock & Locksmith Tech.

Henrry set me up with a new lock when I needed it most: Top lock stuck and main lock falling apart, and the super was supposed to have it fixed today, but never showed.
I was in a bad place and Henrry came through.
On the phone, he listened to me and quoted me accurately and clearly. Once he came in the apartment, it was clear the right man had showed up. In less than a minute Henrry told me the problem, solution, and cost.
Henrry is about authentically warm and honest a guy as I've ever met.
