When I first read through the avalanche of positive comments Locksmith Master Shop had, I was skeptical at first. No one could be that good, can they? All it took was a phone call for me to join their list of happy clientele… Being quite particular about where and how I spend my money, I wasn’t willing to pay the car dealership a hefty sum for a transponder key replacement. Right from the rep who answered my call to the guy, David, who came over to get copy keys made, these guys were complete professionals. He came with a full set of tools and had a wide range of key blanks loaded up in his van. It only took him fifteen minutes to get the job done…

Gary was so helpful! I don’t think there could be anyone else so adept at doling out advice! I’d just moved into a new apartment and I had absolutely no clue how good the premise’s security was! They cheat people! They upsell useless stuff! They’re never on time! I can’t thank these guys enough! I was almost on the verge of tears after accidentally locking myself out of my car by the side of the road! There was no one else out there and my only companion was my smartphone. I think the guy who came in from Locksmith & Key Shop was Jacob. He was great! I needed to get my locks changed and didn’t get off work until after 10 pm. He didn’t have a problem coming in after regular business hours to help me out. I scheduled an appointment the next night, but I was held up at work and couldn’t make it on time! Thank you for having the patience to wait it out and getting the job done! I’ve given plenty of locksmiths in Chatham, NJ a try, but no one has ever come close to the level of service these guys provided. I didn’t like the idea of coughing up $200 to get my lock replaced as quoted by the hardware shop near my place. Called Metro Master Locksmith and the tech came right away and got the lock opened for roommate. He was able to do unlock and keypad lock. They are the best in Houston, TX, Call them if you will need a locksmith service 713-470-0704.
This is such a courteous and professional operation that has some of the best prices my hubby and I have seen in the city when it comes to emergency situations. We were lucky and had Gorge come to our rescue. What a sweet, courteous and considerate individual. He humored us with the type of lock we needed and re-keyed them to try and save us additional money. I always like working with a small business who is looking out for its customers. I'm hoping we dont get locked "in" again but if we do, these will be our go to peeps.

Is it weird I almost want to get locked out again so I can call Lockbusters? Yeah, my experience was that great. After coming home at 2am beers may or may not have been involved, I soon realized that a lock on my door that I didn't have a key for had decided it didn't like being taped down, and chose to unlock itself at that very inopportune moment. That next morning, kicking the door in with my boots, attacking it with pink screwdrivers and attempting to scale the fire escape all failed. Defeated, I looked up a lock smith online to come rescue me. I called Expert Locksmith Services and reqwest a service the tech called me right back, told me he would be there in 20 minutes.
